One study  suggested that intake of Resveratrol mimics the benefits of calorie  restriction. Despite the idea that much of Resveratrol's mechanism of action is  unknown, much of Resveratrol's food sources are being consumed because  of the knowledge built around it. Much of Resveratrol's sources come  mainly from wine but other sources such as nuts, peanut butter and red  grapes do contain significant amounts.
